Here are the steps:

Sun Effect
 Open your PhotoScape, click "Editor" and stay on the ward "Home."

 Open a photo and click:

 Filter> Noise Reduction> Middle

 Brightness, Color> Color Curve. Open the curve 101 Sun

 Brightness, Color> Color Balance. Adjust as follows:

Red Cyan 2 0% 2

Mangeta Green 2 2 0%

25% Yellow 2 Blue 2

Filter> Effect Film> Agfa - Medium
